HSG Laser Takes Strategic Plans of High Power

As everyone knows, high-power laser cutting machines work fast and can deal with thick metal sheets well, therefore, an increasing number of customers who need to cut thick metals tend to put high-power machines in their shopping list. With further development of laser cutting technology, relevant machines are moving towards high precision and high power. For HSG Laser, technical research and development is always key area. In terms of high power, we are investing a lot of labor force and efforts with the purpose of keeping up with users’ cutting requirements.
HSG's R&D teams have driven laser cutting power towards 20000W-40000W, as thus, extreme thickness of sheet reaches up to 300mm. With several 10000W+ machines, we are a good helper for both household appliance, kitchen and bath, billboards, and engineering machinery, mining machinery, rail transit, shipbuilding industries.
In order to offer demanding 10kW+ laser cutting machines, HSG Laser keeps on being strict with standards of quality control. In addition to 100+ stringent testing for technical standards and machine performance, we have also carried out reinforcing tests aimed at cutting machines, lasers and machine bed precision with the purpose of ensuring that HSG machines adapt to various extreme environment well. For example, P series cutting heads will be subject to 40+ optical tests, 60+ cutting performance tests and 130+ commissioning checks, so that customers can enjoy efficient and stable cutting service from GX Pro even in extreme conditions.
In the coming days, HSG Laser will go on with high-power laser cutting machines, balance cutting speed and machine quality and pay close attention to machine details to offer high-power, high-standard, fast, stable and long-lifetime laser machines across the globe.
