Carbon Steel Welded Machine Bed, Stable Rear Frame

The machine bed is featured by less heat absorption, rapid heat dissipation and deformation prevention, which will remain stable even after long-term working at high speed. The rear floorstand has the reinforced loading points and better bearing capacity, making long-term batch and stable cutting of thick sheets possible.

Double Exchange Platforms (≤15S)

* One exchange only takes ≤15S (3000*1500mm), which will cause huge improvement in cutting efficiency and reduction in loading & unloading and labor costs.
* Taper pins used for positioning platforms to avoid any possible vibration during loading and unloading, and keep cutting precision high.
* The exchange-driven motor is front-placed to leave enough space for loading & unloading and protect metal plate casing from collision.
Optional Features:
* Pneumatic door between exchange platforms: prevent cutting smoke diffusion and keep working environment clean.
* Safety light curtain: halt the machine instantly while detecting any intruder to protect machine and workers well
