HSG Laser’s manufacturing base covers an area of approximately 10,000 square meters, with a clean and bright interior, featuring clearly divided functional areas including storage, production, packaging, shipping, offices, and leisure zones.

The production area accommodates 40 working stations, making the simultaneous production of up to 40 machines possible, and allowing an annual production capacity of 2,000 laser cutting machines. As of now, the factory focuses on the production of HSG Laser’s high-end sheet metal cutting machines, such as the C series single-platform laser cutting machines, GX series dual-platform laser cutting machines, and GH series high-power laser cutting machines. Looking into the future, HSG Laser will continue to align with global market needs and develop more models.

Every stage of the equipment production process, from raw material inspection, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, precision testing, cutting testing, and quality inspection, to packing and shipping, is completed within the Thai factory. Each step strictly adheres to HSG Laser’s high manufacturing standards and requirements, ensuring the quality of globally manufactured products is consistent and meets international standards such as FDA certification. This fully demonstrates HSG Laser’s core of quality production and the commitment to significantly supporting its customers to achieve high-speed growth.
